    Bambuser opens the first studio for Live Video Shopping in Europe

    The Lobby Live in MOOD Stockholm is a studio for Live Video Shopping and pop-up spaces for physical retail and is the first of its kind in Europe.

    The Lobby Live is an initiative from AMF Fastigheter and the interactive live video provider Bambuser with the common goal of integrating digital and physical retail through innovative technology.

    AMF Fastigheter is the first real estate company in Sweden to enter into a partnership with Bambuser.

    This is the first time Live Video Shopping is embedded into the offering of a shopping mall.

    In addition to space for in-person shopping, The Lobby Live offers a studio in which they can host Live Video Shopping experiences using Bambuser’s platform.

    The Lobby Live enables more brands and retailers to test the format that increases both digital reach and sales and at the same time drives traffic to the physical store.

    Interest in live shopping has grown sharply during the year and is now one of the major global retail trends in 2020.

    Farfetch to use Bambuser’s Live Video Shopping

    Bambuser has entered into a pilot agreement with Farfetch launching Live Video Shopping with the leading global platform for luxury fashion.

    The agreement gives Farfetch the right to use Live Video Shopping at a fixed cost of 35.000 GBP (approx 0.4 MSEK), with support for English, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic languages during the pilot phase, which lasts for six months. 

    Bambuser’s primary product, Live Video Shopping, is a cloud-based software solution that is used by customers such as global e-commerce and retail businesses to host live shopping experiences on websites, mobile apps and social media.

    Bambuser to offer live video shopping for one of the world’s largest retailers

    Bambuser AB has entered into a pilot agreement worth SEK 350,000 with one of the world’s largest retail companies.

    The agreement concerns Live Video Shopping for one brand in one market during the pilot phase, which lasts for a total of three months.

    The customer in question, not named by Bambuser, is a global fashion group with a portfolio of several brands established in over 50 online markets with approximately 179,000 employees and a total net sales of SEK 233 billion for the 2019 financial year.

    Bambuser introduced Live Video Shopping in 2019, which enables live shopping directly on the brand’s website.
