    Gran Via, over 2.000 apartments delivered on the Romanian market

    The Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate crosses the 2.000 apartments delivered on the Romanian market milestone in 2020, with the completion of the last phase of the Timișoara 58 project – 300 apartments.

    Timișoara 58 project has been developed since 2013, in four construction phases, on a 32.000 sq m plot of land (former Frigocom industrial platform) totaling an investment of EUR 45 million in land acquisition, infrastructure, 7 blocks and various facilities such as parking spaces, driveways or playgrounds for tenants.

    “The last years have represented a team effort for us, reaching the end of 2019 with 1,800 finalized apartments. 2020 is a year of change and we considered it opportune, once the milestone of 2,000 apartments is exceeded, to redefine the Gran Via brand in a contemporary way”, explains Ana Maria Nemțanu, Sales & Marketing Director, Gran Via Romania.

    Until last year, 500 apartments were delivered, and, after the completion of the final phase, the entire community will count 800 units: studios, two and three rooms, as well as duplex apartments.

    All apartments fall within the 5% VAT rate.

    Gran Via Real Estate announces that starting May 18th, it will reopen the sales offices for its ongoing four residential projects: Timișoara 58, Gran Via Park, and Aviației Apartments in Bucharest, as well as Gran Via Marina in Constanța.

    “During the state of emergency, we took all safety measures to continue the construction sites we have underway in Constanța and in Bucharest. Now, with the same caution, we will resume the activity in the sales offices and we will also continue the meetings with the clients of our projects,” says Ana Maria Nemțanu, Sales & Marketing Director, Gran Via Real Estate.

    Upon request, the developer can provide masks and gloves for customers visiting the sales offices in any of the four locations

    During this period, Gran Via Real Estate is working on the last phase of Timișoara 58 project – 300 apartments, at the intersection of Timișoara Blvd. with Moinești Street in Bucharest – and the first phase of Gran Via Marina – 192 apartments on Aurel Vlaicu Blvd. in Constanța, near Kaufland and Vivo! shopping center. Both ongoing projects will be delivered this year.

    The developer has also finalizing the sales for the last remaining apartments from the third phase of Gran Via Park complex, located in the Lujerului area, next to Plaza Romania mall, as well as the last units from the project in the Aviatiei area, located near Lidl HQ and Elvila store – Aviației Apartments.

    The Spanish-based developer, Gran Via Real Estate, completes in October the residential project Aviatiei Apartments with 291 units: studio, two and three room apartments, a total investment of EUR 17 million (construction cost, without land value).

    We are completing this month the third project in Bucharest, a premium ensemble, in Aviatiei area, that benefits from contemporary architecture, efficient layouts, low height regime, indoor courtyard dedicated exclusively to residents and 300 underground parking spaces.”, says Antoanela Comșa, General Manager, Gran Via Real Estate România.

    The project Aviatiei Apartments is located on Soldat Gheorghe Buciumat street, a quiet area, near the Elvila furniture store and Lidl Romania headquarters.

    The complex is composed of four six-story buildings, gathered around a 1,000 sqm interior courtyard where green spaces, a playground and areas dedicated to relaxing and socializing residents are arranged.

    Aviatiei Apartments has put up for sale a mix of studios with usable areas between 40 and 48 sqm, two-room apartments between 57 and 60 sqm and three-room apartments from 67 to 72 sqm (net areas, without terraces / balconies)
